KATHMANDU: The Commission for the Investigation of Abuse of Authority (CIAA) has filed a graft case against a teacher for a fake academic certificate.
The anti-graft body moved Special Court against the then teacher at Martyr Memorial School in Banke Udayaraj Yadav for producing the fake certificate for an appointment.
CIAA has sought maximum punishment against Yadav as per the Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988.
