RUPANDEHI: Two more people including a septuagenarian have died from coronavirus in the course of treatment at COVID Special Hospital in Butwal of Rupandehi district.

The deceased are a 74-year-old man of Kapilvastu, Gorusinge and 42-year-old man of Butwal Sub Metropolitan City-7, according to Dr Bishnu Gautam.

Both of them died in the course of treatment on Friday night.

The patient of Butwa had tested positive for COVID-19 on November 20 while the septuagenarian from Kapilvastu had been diagnosed with the virus on November 24.

According to Gautam, both the patients had also been suffering from kidney-related ailments.
