Swab samples collected in Humla sent to Surkhet for PCR test

SIMIKOT: The District Hospital Humla has collected swab samples of 32 people in the district for PCR test on Tuesday.

Swab samples collected from those coming in touch with a coronavirus-diagnosed health worker and other three Armed Police Force (APF) personnel have been sent to Surkhet.

Information Officer of the district hospital, Bhakti Fadera shared that the swab of health workers, APF personnel and a driver who were traced as the suspects of the virus infection have been sent to Surkhet this morning.

As of now nine people have been confirmed with coronavirus infection in Humla while four of them were diagnosed the active infected, the information officer said. RSS
