The committee issuing a directive has asked the SWC why not such not registered NGOs were still in operation.

The committee has also pointed out most of these NGOs were not found working as per the need of the particular issues and places.  The committee Chair  Niru Devi Pal directed the SWC  to submit its report with transparent activities of the NGOs as such was not found in different issues including plan, programs and renting of the offices as well.
