Man arrested for rape attempt on daughter



SINDUPALCHOWK: A 43-year-old man of Melamchi, Sindupalchowk has been arrested on the charge of attempting to rape his daughter.

The man was arrested from his home today, following a complaint filed by the mother of the girl.

The man had reportedly made several attempts to carry out the heinous act, according to Area Police Office, Melamchi.

An investigation into the complaint has begun and further action could be taken accordingly, said police inspector Fal Bahadur Tamang.
