Thunderstorm, gusty winds predicted today



KATHMANDU: Meteorological Forecasting Division (MFD) has predicated thunderstorm accompanied with gusty winds at a few places of the eastern and central hilly regions and at a few  places of the western hilly region towards afternoon.

According to the Division, the weather will be generally cloudy in the eastern and central hilly regions along with partly cloudy in the western region and mainly fair in the rest of the country.

Likewise, thunderstorm accompanied with gusty winds likely to occur at a few places of the eastern and central regions and at a few places of the western hilly region tonight.

The similar types of weather condition are likely to continue due to impact of low pressure weather system and the local wind especially in the eastern region.
