COVID-19: India records 18,574 new cases, 280 deaths



NEW DELHI: India recorded 18,574 new coronavirus cases in the last 24 hours, taking the caseload to 10,188,392.

Currently, 279,885 are undergoing treatment at various isolation centers and hospitals. Meanwhile, 9,760,848 have returned home after treatment.

Similarly, the number of deaths from the coronavirus in India has crossed the 10,188,000-mark.

With 280 deaths in a single day, the number of deaths from the virus has reached 147,659, according to the latest figures by Worldometers.
