India’s COVID-19 cases pass 9.3 million

NEW DELHI: India recorded 43,174 new coronavirus cases in the last 24 hours, taking the caseload to 9,309,871.

Currently, 456,410 are undergoing treatment at various isolation centers and hospitals. Meanwhile, 8,717,709 have returned home after treatment.

Similarly, the number of deaths from the coronavirus in India has crossed the 135,700 mark.

With 491 deaths in a single day, the number of deaths from the virus has reached 135,752, according to the latest figures collated by Worldometer.
