Parsa’s COVID-19 tally crosses 2,000-mark

BIRGUNJ: Parsa district has seen more than 2,000 coronavirus cases by Thursday.

According to the District Administration Office, Parsa, with 24 new cases today, the number of coronavirus cases in the district has reached 2,022.

The district found four female and 20 male coronavirus positive today.

The new cases include seven each from Birgunj Metropolitan City and Sakhuwa Prasauni Rural Municipality and two members of Armed Police Force.

Similarly, two medics living in the quarter of Narayani Hospital and their sons have also tested coronavirus positive.

According to the District Administration Office, the district has seen 33 coronavirus deaths till date.
