PM Oli calls all-party meet at 5 pm

KATHMANDU:  Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli has called an all-party meeting on Tuesday.

The meeting will be held at Baluwatar at 5 pm, said Surya Thapa, the Press Advisor to the Prime Minister.

The meeting has been called to hold consultations with all the political parties on the revised map of  Nepal and amendment to the Schedule 3 of the Constitution.

The government has already registered the proposal on the Constitution amendment at the parliament secretariat.

According to sources, the government is trying to reach consensus among the political parties to amend the Constitution through the fast-tract by removing legal hurdles.
