DOTI: Three people have been arrested along with leopard hide and bones.
Those arrested in this connection are 31-year-old Kiran Pun of Jorayal rural municipality-4, and 35-year-old Bir Bahadur Dhami and 22-year-old Govinda Dhami of Lamikhal, Adarsha rural municipality-5, Doti district, the Sudurpaschim Province Police Office Dipayal said.
Police arrested them with the hide and bones of leopard based on information that they were selling the wildlife parts in Attariya of Godavari Municipality-2 in Kailali district.
They have been forwarded to the Division Forest Office Dhangadhi for necessary action, Province Police Office Dipayal’s information officer Senior Superintendent of Police Mukesh Kumar Singh said.
