DANG: District Police Office, Dang nabbed two persons on the charge of trafficking in opium Friday night.
According to SP Ganesh Chand, the senior official of DPO, Dang, Karma Budha, 46, and his wife Raj Kumari Budha, 45, were nabbed from Tulsipur, Dang with 5 kg opium.
Karma and Kumari who originally hail from Thabang, Rolpa had been living in Gumrah Chowk Dang.
Acting on a tip-off, a special squad deployed from DPO, Dang rounded them up, informed SP Chand.
They were trafficking in banned drugs from Rolpa to Dang when they landed in the police net.
