2.9-magnitude tremor shakes Kathmandu



KATHMANDU: A 2.9 magnitude earthquake with Kalimati in Kathmandu as its epicenter occurred at 2: 46 pm on Wednesday.

According to the National Seismological Center, Kathmandu, the tremor has Kalimati of Kathmandu as its epicenter.

It said that the quake was an after-shock of the 2015 devastating earthquake.

National Emergency Operation Centre, Nepal has authenticated the news.
