Man dies in Rupandehi road mishap



KATHMANDU: A scooter driver has died in a road accident at Shankarnagar in Rupandehi district.

The deceased has been identified as 40-year-old Shankar Karki of Tilottama municipality-2.

The incident took place after his scooter, Lu 26 Pa 1455, went out of control while driving on Tuesday night, said District Police Office, Rupandehi.

Critically injured Karki who was rushed to Crimson Hospital in Manigram breathed his last in the course of treatment.

Police said they are investigating the case.
