COVID-19 infected Kamal Thapa discharged after treatment

KATHMANDU: Rastriya Prajatantra Party Chairman and former Deputy Prime Minister Kamal Thapa was discharged from Om Hospital in Chabahil on Sunday.

Thapa, who was admitted to the hospital on October 16, was discharged from the hospital today after his health improved, said RPP Central Secretariat member Rajaram Bartaula.

Thapa thanked all the doctors, nurses, health workers, hospital operators, and hospital management committee staff involved in the treatment.

Thapa had tested positive for COVID-19 on October 13.
