Canadian Prime Minister Trudeau extends Dashain greetings



KATHMANDU: Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau has extended greetings to all the Hindu communist living across the globe on the auspicious occasion of Vijayadashami.

Issuing a press note Prime Minister Trudeau extended Dashain wishes to the Hindu community living in Canada and those living across the world.

In the message, Trudeau has urged one and all to observe the festival abiding by health safety standards amid the coronavirus pandemic.

He has appealed to the Hindu community in Canada to celebrate the festival virtually staying at home.
