Two killed, one injured as bikes collide head-on in Kathmandu

KATHMANDU: Two persons were killed and one injured as motorcycles collided head-on at Tokha Municipality-2, Panchetar on Sunday morning.

Both the motorcyclists died in the accident that took place at 5:30 am this morning.

The deceased have been identified as Pasang Tamang, 22, riding a motorcycle, Ba 85 Pa 566, heading to Jhor from Samakhusi and Manoj Dulal of another motorcycle heading to Tokha from Jhor.

According to police, Mathura Dulal, who was riding Manoj’s motorcycle, was also seriously injured.

Further investigation is underway.
