NTA requests all to use only essential internet-based applications



KATHMANDU: The Nepal Telecommunication Authority (NTA) has requested all to use only essential internet-based applications.

Issuing a statement on Tuesday, NTA said that internet consumption has increased unnaturally for the past few months following the COVID-19 pandemic.

It has aware customers that excessive use can cause network traffic congestion and obstruct the services.
