Cabinet will be reshuffled soon: Gyawali

KATHMANDU: Spokesperson of the Nepal Communist Party (NCP) KP Oli faction Pradeep Gyawali has said that the government is preparing to reshuffle the Council of Ministers.

Gyawali said so after talking to reporters after the meeting of the Oli-affiliated Central Committee held at the Prime Minister’s residence in Baluwatar on Thursday.

The meeting revoked the executive power entrusted to another Chairman Pushpa Kamal Dahal alias Prachanda by the decision of the Central Committee and the Standing Committee.

The Oli faction stated that action has been taken against Prachanda for not acting as per the party’s constitution and engaging in anti-party activities.

The factional meeting also appointed the party’s coordinators for all the seven provinces
