NUWAKOT: Police have arrested three district-level leaders of Netra Bikram Chand alias Biplav-led outfit.
The arrested are Ram Kumar Adhikari, 41, of Surya Gadhigaun Rural Municipality-2 and Shambhu Prasad Dhungana, 43, and Binod Dhungana, 45, of Kakani Rural Municipality-3, according to the District Police Office.
Police said that they were taken under control while they were walking in Battar Bazaar in Bidur Municipality-4 doing suspicious activities.
During the interrogation, donation receipts, party leaflets and other documents were recovered from them.
