450 COVID-19 patients undergoing treatment in ICU and ventilator



KATHMANDU: A total of 450 COVID-19 patients in Nepal are undergoing treatment in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) and ventilator support.

A total of 393 patients are in ICU and 57 on ventilator support.

According to the Ministry of Health, 52 persons are undergoing treatment in ICU in Province 1, 10 in Province 2, 149 in Bagmati Province, 102 in Gandaki Province, 63 in Lumbini Province, 11 in Karnali Province, and six in Sudurpaschim Province.

A total of seven in Province 1, 40 in Bagmati, eight in Gandaki Province and two in Lumbini are on ventilator support.
