America’s COVID-19 cases surpass 12.7 million

WASHINGTON: The number of COVID-19 cases has reached 12,775,778  in the United States of America after  170,707 new cases were reported in the country.

Currently, 4,967,801 are undergoing treatment at various hospitals and isolation wards across the country while 7,544,300 have recovered from the pandemic.

Similarly, the death toll linked with the coronavirus has reached 263,677 with 960 new deaths so far in the country, according to the latest figures collated by Worldometer.

Broke out in Wuhan City of China in last December, the coronavirus has killed 1,401,557 and infected 59,500,590 globally until the filing of this news.
