Prohibitory order in Hetauda extended by one week

HETAUDA: The District Administration Office, Makwanpur has extended the prohibitory order issued in Hetauda Sub-metropolitan City and Manahari Rural Municipality by one week.

With the decision, the prohibitory order will be enforced until August last.

A meeting of the District COVID-19 Crisis Management Center held on Monday decided to extend the order until midnight on August 31, said Chief District Officer Deepak Raj Nepal.

Essential shops including those selling food, vegetables and medicines will be allowed to open from 5:00 am to 8:00 am during the period..

According to the administration, a similar order has been issued in Thaha Municipality and Bhimphedi Rural Municipality of the district a few days ago.
