Dashrath Chand Municipality sealed



BAITADI: Baitadi’s Dashrath Chand Municipality has been sealed for a week following the increase in coronavirus cases in the area.

The municipality area has been sealed beginning today in a bid to curb further spread of coronavirus, Mayor Narendra Singh Thapa said.

The Municipality has seen 29 COVID-19 cases as of Wednesday.

Essential services such as ambulances, pharmacies, and others are allowed to operate.

Meanwhile, banks and financial institutions are allowed to operate for three days — Sunday, Tuesday and Thursday.
