Arrest warrant issued for Deepak Manange



POKHARA: District Administration Office, Kaski on Thursday issued an arrest warrant for Gandaki State Assembly member Rajiv Gurung alias Deepak Manange over an indecent behavior case.

DSP Raj Kumar KC at District Police Office, Kaski, said the administration office issued the warrant following an application by police asking for the issuance.

Chairman of All Nepal Football Association (ANFA), Kaski Chapter Milan Gurung had lodged a complaint with police against Manange for thrashing him.

Manange had slapped Milan showing his disagreement with the management of the Chief Minister Cup Football Tournament.

According to him, Manange had demanded to provide perks to the players from his home district from the past one week, which he had refused.
