Dolakha imposes prohibitory order for a week



DOLAKHA: District Administration Office, Dolakha has clamped a prohibitory order in the district for a week after COVID-19 cases surged, of late.

A meeting of the District Crisis Management Committee held on Thursday imposed the order in market areas including the district headquarters Charikot effective from today.

The means of transportation, however, are allowed to run from 7 am to 6 pm following health safety measures within the district, according to the decision.

The number of coronavirus cases has increased in an alarming rate in Dolakha district, of late, said District Health Office, Dolakha.

Currently, there are a total of 79 coronavirus cases in the district. Of them, 52 patients have returned home after recovery.
