Bus-hit claims man in Chitwan



CHITWAN: A man of has died after being hit by a bus in Chitwan district.

The man, who appears in his mid-30s died on the spot after a passenger bus, Na 7 Kha 4981, coming to Narayangadh from Kakadvitta, struck him at Khairahani-9 in east Chitwan.

The identity of the deceased is yet to be ascertained, said Police Inspector Rishi Ram Gharti Magar of Area Police Office, Khairahani.

District Police Office, Chitwan has taken the bus driver and the bus under control and is carrying out investigation into the case.
