640 stranded Nepalis return home today

KATHMANDU: As many as 640 Nepalis stranded due to suspension of international flights have returned home from different countries on chartered flights on Tuesday.

According to the Tribhuvan International Airport, 144 Nepalis returned home today from Doha, Qatar on a chartered flight of Himalaya Airlines.

Similarly, 160 Nepalis granted amnesty have been brought to Kathmandu free of cost through a chartered flight of Jazeera Airlines from Kuwait.

A total of 78 people have returned home from Bangkok through a chartered flight of Nepal Airlines and 258 people returned home Sydney, Australia today on a chartered wide-body aircraft of Nepal Airlines.
