Kathmandu Valley records 365 fresh COVID-19 cases

KATHMANDU: As many as 365 persons have been infected with COVID-19 in the Kathmandu Valley in the last 24 hours.

According to the Ministry of Health and Population, 300 cases have been confirmed in Kathmandu, 23 in Bhaktapur, and 42 in Lalitpur.

Meanwhile, the country recorded a total of 722 new cases of coronavirus infection in the past 24 hours.

According to the Ministry of Health and Population, the coronavirus tally reached 2,55,236 in the country as of Tuesday afternoon.

Likewise, the Ministry shared that now the country has 7,729 reported active cases of the virus.

In the past 24 hours, altogether 966 infected people got recovery from the virus infection. So far, 2,45,709 people recovered from the coronavirus infection in the country.

Similarly, 3 persons succumbed to the virus across the country in the past 24 hours, hitting the total COVID-19 related deaths to 1798.
