Home Ministry transfers Kathmandu Valley CDOs



KATHMANDU: The Ministry of Home Affairs has transferred Chief District Officers (CDOs) of Kathmandu and Bhaktapur districts today.

According to the Ministry sources, Janak Raj Dahal and Hum Kala Pandey, CDOs of Kathmandu and Bhaktapur respectively, have been transferred to Ministry of Home Affairs.

The Ministry has appointed Kali Parajuli, formerly an official of Commission for the Investigation of Abuse of Authority, as the CDO of Kathmandu district.

Likewise, Prem Bhattarai, the CDO of Dhanusha has been transferred to Lalitpur. In the meantime,
Bandhu Bastola has been sent to Dhanusha as the new CDO.
