Police nabs two with drugs



KATHMANDU: Nepal Police have arrested two people involved in drug trafficking from Pokhara and Hetauda.

According to District Police Office Kaski sources, Sita Ram Gurung 29 of Rurang-4, Benighat has been nabbed with 500 gram Poland from Pokhara on Saturday night.

The police seized the drug from his rented room at a guest house in Prithvichowk, Pokhara. The police had reached at Gurung’s residence following the clue that he was involved in supplying drugs from there.

Likewise, Makawanpur police has nabbed Anil Mukhiya 24 of Sugauli-3 Bairiya with 1200 pcs Nitr Nitravet, and Onarex-100 ml 4 bottles from Hetauda-10, Ram Mandir Chowk this Sunday afternoon.

Anil was travelling in a Birgunj- Narayanghat bus carrying the drugs in his bag.

The police have been investigating further hoping to reach at the nexus of drug traffickers with the clues they might get from the arrested traffickers.
