KATHMANDU: Chief Minister of Bagmati Province Dormani Poudel has been confirmed infected with the coronavirus.
According to his press advisor Prakash Dahal, CM Poudel was diagnosed positive for the pandemic on Thursday.
CM Poudel had taken to home isolation after symptoms similar to the coronavirus.
Along with the Chief Minister, his wife, a security guard, two drivers, and an office assistant were also confirmed to be infected.
