KATHMANDU: Now, the recommendation of the local level has become mandatory for going outside Kathmandu.
The District Administration Office, Kathmandu, issued a notice on Monday stating that the pass will be distributed only after the local level certifies that those leaving Kathmandu will be quarantined.
Kathmandu District Administration Office said that it will collect applications from 10 am until 12 pm. Passes will be distributed after 2:30 pm.
