KATHMANDU: The task force formed by the ruling Nepal Communist Party (NCP) to study the Millennium Challenge Corporation (MCC) Compact is preparing to submit its report to Chairman duo on Friday.

Task force member Bhim Rawal said that the meeting of the task force held today decided to that effect.

“We have accomplished the set aim,” he said, “We have readied the report by studying and analyzing MCC and Indo-Pacific Strategy. The report will be submitted today.”

He said that the party will decide once the report is submitted.

A central committee meeting of the NCP held from January 29 to February 2 had formed three-member taskforce under the coordination of senior leader Jhalanath Khanal to carry out the study about MCC agreement.
