KATHMANDU: Metropolitan Police Circle Kathmandu has nabbed a central committee member of outlawed the Nepal Communist Party Biplav outfit.

According to SSP Ashok Singh, chief of Metropolitan Police Circle, Biplav outfit’s CCM Usha Kiran alias ‘Ajad’ has been arrested from Maitighar in Kathmandu.

Ajad, who was a former President of Biplav outfit’s student wing, was conducting his activities from a hotel near Maitighar Mandala.
