Chairman Dahal sees need of realizing dream of disappeared fighters

KATHMANDU: Chairman of the ruling Nepal Communist Party (NCP) Pushpa Kamal Dahal ‘Prachanda’ has said it is the responsibility of the communist revolutionaries to materialize martyrs’ dream for the change in society.

Issuing a press statement today in the context of the memorial day of the disappeared fighters, the NCP Chairman pledged to complete the remaining task of revolution by highly acknowledging the dedications and sacrifices of the missing fighters.

In the statement, leader Dahal said the nation reached the phase for the preparations of the socialist revolution with the practice of the federal democratic republic due to the struggle of those fighters who disappeared during the armed and peaceful movements in the country.

The former Prime Minister also drew the government’s attention to come up with appropriate policies, plans, and programs for education and a better future of children of the disappeared families by taking up their guardianship.
