Sankata holds Brigade to goalless draw



KATHMANDU: Sankata Club has drawn with Brigade Boys Club in a football tournament played at the ongoing Martyr’s Memorial ‘A’ Division League Football.

Held at ANFA Complex in Satdobato on Monday, both the teams could not score any goals, and shared a point each.

Despite numerous opportunities for both the teams, they failed to capitalize on them to make any goals and ended in a draw.

Goalkeeper of Brigade Club Bishal Sunar was declared man of the match.

In the ongoing league, Sankata won two games, played tree draws and faced two defeats out of seven matches played.

Likewise, Brigade Boys has won two games, faced three defeats and played two draws.
