KATHMANDU: Princess Astrid of Belgium has wished for the success of Visit Nepal 2020, and the prosperity of Nepal.
She made this remark at a reception organized by Minister for Foreign Affairs Pradeep Kumar Gyawali in her honor in the Capital.
Princess Astrid is in a weeklong visit to Nepal in her campaign against tuberculosis and leprosy.
Likewise, Minister for Health and Population and Princess Astrid held discussions over the control of tuberculosis and leprosy in Nepal.
Foreign Secretary Shankar Das Bairagi and Secretary at the Ministry of Health and Population Khagaraj Baral were also present on the occasion.
According to MoFA, she is scheduled to pay a courtesy call on President Bidya Devi Bhandari and will have separate meetings with Deputy Prime Minister and Minister for Defense Ishwar Pokhrel and other ministers.
