NC terms House dissolution “injudicious”

Vows to fight back

KATHMANDU: Nepal’s main opposition party Nepali Congress (NC) has come down heavily on the government for the move to recommend the dissolution of the House of Representatives (HoR).

Party Spokesperson Bishwa Prakash Sharma said the party will fight such move.

Sharma termed the government’s move injudicious. “This is yet another move to fulfil Prime Minister KP Oli’s authoritarian aspiration,” he said.

According to him, the country would suffer with this move.

The cabinet on Sunday morning had decided to recommend dissolution of the Parliament.
