KATHMANDU: Executive Director of Nepal Rastra Bank Dr Prakash Kumar Shrestha has been appointed as the advisor of Finance Minister Bishnu Paudel.
Shrestha has already worked as the vice chairman of the planning commission of Province 5.
He has been associated with Nepal Rastra Bank since 1997.
Prior to that, he had worked at Nepal Telecommunication Authority for a while.
