Do not panic, says Dr. Bhola Rijal after being discharged

KATHMANDU: Senior Gynecologist Dr. Bhola Rijal, who had tested coronavirus positive, have returned home after recovery.

According to the HAMS Hospital sources, he and his wife Sarala were admitted to HAMS Hospital in Dhumbarahi after testing coronavirus positive 21 days ago.

Talking to Khabarhub, Dr Rijal said the couple spent time together in the hospital cabin. “Steam bathing used to be every day affair,” he said, adding, “We also consumed lots of medicinal herbs such as Giloy (gurjo) water, hot tea and coffee, hot water, and turmeric water.”

He suggested people with coronavirus infection not to panic. “It all needs courage and patience,” he said.
