SAPTARI: Police have nabbed a central member of the outlawed Netra Bikram Chand alias Biplav outfit Uma Bhujel on Thursday.
DSP Tilak Bharati at the District Police Office, Saptari said that another leader of the outfit Suman Singh Poudel, 31, was also arrested.
The Area Police Office, Kanchanrup, Saptari has filed a case against them for indecent behavior with police personnel in Bhardaha.
