69 new cases in Sudurpaschim Province



KAILALI: Another 69 people have been confirmed infected with the coronavirus in Sudurpaschim Province on Saturday.

Dilip Kumar Shrestha, information officer of Seti Provincial Hospital, said that the infection was confirmed in 27 people in Dadeldhura, 24 in Kailali, 11 in Doti, two each in Achham, Baitadi and Bajhang and one in Kanchanpur.

Earlier today, 94 cases were confirmed in the Province.

Tests at the National Public Health Laboratory showed 92 people positive and two tested positive in tests at the Teaching Hospital laboratory.

With the new cases, the number of coronavirus cases in the Province has reached 948.
