NHRC Secretary Ved Prasad Bhattarai called for using the Central Relief Fund by maintaining adequate coordination with all the State and local levels.

Bhattarai also asked all three levels of governments to take measures for making every health center and hospital totally secure in view of health safety standard in an effort to prevent the infection from spreading.

The WHO quarantine management guidelines include arrangements for adequate and appropriate food, water and sanitation, and implementation of the minimum required system for prevention and control of coronavirus infection.

Likewise, the NHRC has also urged the government to monitor and ensure the health situation and the fulfillment of minimum requirements.

Similarly, the Who guidelines have that the people in quarantines should be provided spacious enough single room as far as possible.

The physical distance should be maintained, and arrangements should be made for communicating and talking to family members.

Likewise, the government should ensure provisions for internet, news and entertainment facilities as far as practicable.
