BUTWAL: Police have arrested two persons, including Palpa District In-Charge of the Netra Bikram Chand alias Biplav-led outfit Purna Bahadur Singh, from Butwal on Thursday morning.
According to DSP Patrit Singh Rathore at Area Police Office, Butwal, Min Bahadur Ale, a member of the party’s Palpa district, was arrested along with Singh.
Police said that the arrested had explosives and the party’s documents. They have been kept at Area Police Station, Butwal for further investigation.
Police said that they are preparing to file a case related to explosives against them.
