America’s COVID-19 cases surpass 11.8 million



WASHINGTON: The number of COVID-19 cases has reached 11,868,705 in the United States of America after 168,610 new cases were reported in the country.

Currently, 4,457,739 are undergoing treatment at various hospitals and isolation wards across the country while 7,154,768 have recovered from the pandemic.

Similarly, the death toll linked with the coronavirus has reached 256,198 with 1,900 new deaths so far in the country, according to the latest figures collated by Worldometer.

Broke out in Wuhan City of China in last December, the coronavirus has killed 1,353,863 and infected 56,540,091 globally until the filing of this news.
