Services affected as six FDB staffers test COVID-19 positive

KATHMANDU: Six of the staffers working at Film Development Board (FDB) have tested coronavirus positive.

According to Chairman Daya Ram Dahal, six people including the head of the Planning Division in the Board, have tested coronavirus positive lately.

“The service FDB delivers has been adversely impacted by the wide-spreading coronavirus pandemic,” Dahal said, “Yet, most essential services are still offered especially the ones that can be done online or from home.”
FDB Chairperson Dahal himself has been in the contract tracing.

The coronavirus grip seems increasing as the pandemic infection cases are at a rise both in the cities and the urban areas these days.
