Constitution Day will inspire all Nepalis: President Bhandari



KATHMANDU: President Bidya Devi Bhandari has extended best wishes to all Nepalis living in the country and abroad on the occasion of the Constitution Day.

In a message of best wishes today, the head of the state has stated that a great responsibility was on the shoulder to lead the nation towards prosperity with social justice as the phase of fighting for political rights was completed.

This day will inspire all the representative bodies, political parties and state organs to implement the constitutional values and spirit of the constitution, she added.

Likewise, President Bhandari has expressed her best wishes on the occasion of the Constitution Day and National Day 2077 BS to achieve citizens’ interests and country’s prosperity through the implementation of the constitution.

The President has also urged to one and all to make their honest and earnest efforts to translate the letter and spirit of the constitution into practice.

Furthermore, the President has expressed condolences to all known and unknown martyrs who lost their lives in different movements waged for the establishment of republicanism while expressing her respect to all the leading personalities for their guidance in the establishment of democratic form of governance in the country.
