KATHMANDU: Himalayan Distillery Limited has proposed a 100% dividend for the fiscal year 2076/77.
A meeting of the Board of Directors has decided to distribute 50% bonus shares from the paid-up capital.
Likewise, the meeting has also proposed a 50% cash dividend on the par value of each share.
This dividend, however, will be distributed after endorsement by the company’s upcoming AGM.
The company has announced its 20th AGM on January 13 next year to be held in Birgunj.
