BOP established in Kailari



KAILALI: A border outpost (BOP) has been established at Kailari Rural Municipality-5 Chhotipaliya in the district.

The BOP was established under the 34 Battalion of the Armed Police Force, Nepal. The APF, Nepal Additional Inspector General Hari Shankar Budhathoki, and Kailari Rural Municipality Chair Lajuram Chaudhary jointly inaugurated the BOP office on Sunday.

Inaugurating the BOP, AIG Budhathoki said that the BOP will help control trans-border crimes, illegal import and export of goods via border point and will help maintain border security. This is the 12th BOP in Kailali district.
